Self-propelled marking machines are ideal for large-area construction such as highways, urban main roads and huge parking lots.
Hand-push models fit narrow spaces including residential parking lots, sidewalks, factory aisles and small community roads.
Die shoe widths range 50mm–550mm, and we offer matching glass bead dispensers for each die shoe specification.
Once you finish marking operations, thoroughly clean the whole machine with special thinner to remove residual paint.
If the equipment will be left idle for an extended period, lubricate and flush the spray gun with anti-rust machine oil. This effectively avoids nozzle blockages, internal paint buildup and metal rust to extend the machine’s service life.

The coverage area mainly depends on two factors: coating thickness and road flatness.
Generally speaking, at a thickness of 1.6mm, one ton of paint can cover about 220 square meters. If the thickness is 1.8mm, the coverage will be around 180 to 200 square meters.
Under dry and well-ventilated storage conditions, thermoplastic marking paints can be preserved for up to one year. Long-term stockpiling is not recommended, as it may affect construction performance.

They also cure rapidly, suitable for busy roads and complex pavement conditions.

Absolutely. You can control line thickness by adjusting the height of die shoes or the rear scraper position. The adjustable thickness range commonly used in construction is 1mm to 6mm.
The pavement surface has to be completely dry with a surface temperature higher than 10°C.
For concrete pavements or aged asphalt roads with poor conditions, a primer coating is necessary to boost the adhesion of thermoplastic paint to the ground.
